I would like to commend a Tech named Gen for her skills. Due to the difficulty in accessing veins in my arm, I require blood to be drawn from the back of my hand. Over the years I have had this procedure done many times. There are few who have mastered this skill and Gen is one of them. If I have to revisit the lab again, I am requesting that she does the test.
Came in for an appointment. Japanese lady at the front desk told me no need to stand in line when you have an appointment.nnI sit down 5 minutes later the indian lady is mad at me for not standing in line. She also proceeds to tell everyone you must stand in line.nnNo body knows what's going on here. Talk to your co worker giving out bad information don't get mad at the people wanting blood tests.
Didn’t put me into the queue somehow, I’m not sure what happened on their end. Ended up waiting while all other walk ins were passing me by as I sat there in excruciating pain from kidney stones!nWhen I asked the reception why other people were going ahead and I was here much sooner then them she just said I don’t know. Waited 1.5hrs when they said 45min. Not happy with the staff here on their error.nnI will be lodging a complaint as this is basic receptionist requirements
Very friendly staff. I was walk-in 9:30, done exams within one hour or less, left 11:00. Very efficient.
An appointment means nothing. The system they use does not bring appointments first. First come first served no matter what. Aterrible system since the new US owners took over. Very very poor service next time the hospital lab .
