People that work there extremely rude and inconsiderate. Absolutely deplorable on how they treat patients. Went in for a lab test. Claimed they didn’t have the proper material to test me for what I was in for. Even though I had been there before and was provided what was needed. On top of that, they were talking loudly about what was on my requisition form. Private medical information, was super embarrassed when people in the waiting room can here our conversation. Canada used to have an impeccable gold standard when it came to care compassion and service. Haven't been to the doctor in a long time, but it seems to have taken a nose dive post Covid.
They do a great job considering how many people use their services every day. They are so busy but are well organized & they get it done. Lots of grumpy customers there that don't really appreciate what it takes to run a lab like this. Recommend
I would recommend going to another one. It’s overrun and I have never been there where my appointment time has been met. I understand that there are circumstances where things get behind but the check in process is not working. Having appointment people stand in the same line as people without one clogs everything up. The line is behind a wall so you can’t even see anything - as a staff and as a client. They just randomly call out names and it is overall very confusing. It would be nice to have someone out in the hall sorting things out or helping with check ins. They have this at a few other locations that I’ve been to where staff can’t see the line up. If you have a lot of time and don’t have other appointments to meet or commitments to make, then come here but I would rather drive to Poco then come here.
The staff here are honestly amazing, every time I get my blood tested it is always so hectic not on their part and they handle it with such grace. They have a new line up system going on, I only had to wait until ten minutes after my scheduled appointment. It has never been so fast I was honestly really surprised. Thank you for all you do and handling everyday so amazingly!!
Okay, I lost the piece of paper to review staff and win a gift card. But I need everyone to know that ROBYN that works here is the best!! Not only is she a sunshine person - all smiles and good vibes - she's also the BEST at painless blood withdrawal even with my super deep veins!!! So impressed and honestly its a long drive for me but I'd come back because she's honestly that good. Highly recommend!
