The young lady who took my blood today was outstanding. She's the first person to take blood from a vein on the outside of my forearm and got the vein the first time without digging. 57 yrs old, and hundreds of tests,and she did it first time with 0 pain and did an amazing job. Only down fall, was the line was so long they were blocking the door and I almost missed hearing my appointment called because those in line would not let me in the door. But that's not the staff's fault people just are rude.
I didn’t have an appointment, but the staff member an older lady was extremely rude and mocking. She made everyone stand and wait for over an hour, including a pregnant woman. After waiting that long, she told me there would be another hour wait even though there were only four people ahead of us. Very unprofessional. Never going there again.
I don’t recommend this place to anyone. My girlfriend and I went together two times the first time the person literally rotated the needle in her arm like she is digging for veins and then re-tried to puncture the same hole a few times before drawing blood. My girlfriend was in a lot of pain. The second time we literally showed up 45 minutes before they close because we both work and there was a 5 people and the waiting time on the TV was 15 minutes. They said they’re closing in 30 minutes and refuses to see her even though we they had time and think we are dumb and can not read a clock and think lying to are faces is ok. I’m not sure if it is because my girlfriend looks Hispanic or they just hate there jobs and want to make everybody day miserable, but we are never going to this location again. I hope they loss their jobs and hire new employees they can do the job right.
had a great experience at LifeLabs with my autistic child getting bloodwork done. Sandra and Charlot were absolutely amazing — professional, patient, and so kind. They took the time to make sure my child felt comfortable and safe, which made a huge difference. I truly appreciate the care and understanding they showed.
First time going to life labs walk in. The staff were wonderful, was in and out in about an hour. Keep in mind there are patients with scheduled appointments. That being said, if you decide to go as a walk in patient, make sure you have time set aside. Thank you for the great service :
