The way this location runs and the way they process clients/patients (and my experience with other locations is marginally better) is inefficient, to put it very nicely. The staff are good, the processes are not. A good (or bad) example of how dated and legacy processes and procedures have accumulated over time without taking into account the end user's experience and the impacts this negligence may have on the patients (or the clients that this organization generates their revenue from). This is a classic example of what happens when you grant a monopoly. The 2 stars are for the people.

Staff have always been courteous and helpful, I have never had a bad experience with staff. They definitely are working as quickly as possible and do not seem to waste time so that is good.
I would give the lab itself 3 or 4 stars but I can't because they store urine samples insecurely. There is a cabinet they have patients place urine samples into from the washroom but their is nothing stopping someone from tampering with your sample or replacing your sample with theirs. There are a variety of reasons someone may want to tamper with a urine sample or attempt to replace their sample with someone elses. While highly unlikely, I don't like the fact my medical sample is sitting there and any random stranger could tamper with it if they wanted to.
The building that houses their office is quite musty and seems to be in disrepair. Large buckets were in the hallway collecting dripping water from an area in hallway with opened ceiling tiles right in front of LifeLabs door. Of course this is not lifelabs fault but its not the greatest location for a medical lab, its a pretty old depressing building.

Great service quick as hell. Also not gonna give them 3 stars because of how it looks. It's a lab it doesn't need to be pretty. Though I was confused finding the place lol
