Every amenity feels top-tier, from the sparkling locker rooms and spacious workout areas to the luxurious pool and relaxing lounge spaces. It truly feels more like a high-end retreat than a typical fitness center.nnWhat really sets Life Time apart, though, is the people. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming — you never feel like just another member. They remember your name, greet you with a smile, and genuinely care about your experience.nnA special shoutout to the child care center, which has been a game changer for my family. As a parent, it’s such a relief to know your child is not only safe but truly enjoying themselves while you get a workout in. Amanda in particular has been wonderful with my daughter — patient, kind, and full of energy. My daughter always looks forward to seeing her, and that peace of mind means everything.nnIf you’re considering a gym that supports your whole lifestyle — fitness, family, and peace of mind — Life Time Fitness is absolutely worth
I’ve been with Life Time for a little over four months, and while there are positives, overall the experience has not been worth the high entry cost.nnThe facility itself is very nice, the amenities are above average, and the staff is consistently friendly. Unfortunately, those strengths are overshadowed by several issues that make the membership feel overpriced.nnOverly strict policies – The rules around guest passes and outdoor pool use are extremely limiting. For a gym that charges the highest rates in the area, the stinginess of these policies is frustrating.nnLimited hours – For the price point, the hours should be far more accommodating. Closing at 10:00pm on weekends feels unreasonable and cuts into the convenience that a premium gym should provide.nnOvercrowding – Even with the large facility, it often feels overrun during peak hours. Machines, towels, showers, and even parking can be hard to come by, and the locker room becomes chaotic. There is not enough staff to take care of the gym with all the members.nnNickel-and-diming – Small things add up, like the Café charging $13 for a protein shake. For members already paying steep monthly dues, the added costs feel excessive.

Lifetime experience is one of a kind. I started coming to this gym last November 2024 and it's been amazing. It has alot of great classes if you want to get fit. Plus all the fitness instructors are very knowledgeable and motivate you to push forward on your fitness goals. I will not turn to another gym. One of the best in the city of Vaughan.
I normally don’t leave reviews but this lifetime fitness is insane. Maybe it’s a Canadian thing to charge guest for extra passes but to separate their pools from indoor to out when your paying over $200 is crazy.nnI understand rules differ from location to location but the untrained staff saw my account and i told her i was coming in on a Saturday. They said it was no issue brining in my guest. I thought wonderful we’ll have a great day. Only to be hit with a $60 per guest fee on “weekends” that’s fine with me but to not be informed when i called ahead is crazy. Let alone my guest and i drove 40min.nnLife Time charges a premium for their facilities, yet fails to deliver the most fundamental part of a quality gym: respectful, knowledgeable staff. I won’t be returning, and I’d recommend looking elsewhere if you expect to be treated like a valued member rather than a burden.nnThank God Lifetime in the US doesn’t do this shit. I always feel welcomed and like a VIP. I thought Canadians were suppose to be nice?
