My husband and I are so pleased with this storage facility. We rent a large climate controlled unit. The facility is clean, well lit, and easy to access. Kristen, the manager, goes out of her way to help and accommodated our need to transition from a small unit that didn't meet our needs to a larger one that is perfect for us. We highly recommend this convenient and secure facility.
Easy access. Space is clean and as advertised. I had an issue with the key user error and Melanie the closing person actually stayed late to walk over with me to the unit and show me how it worked. Exceptional customer service!nThe manager followed up the next day to make sure all was well.
I was given great service over the phone by Melanie at the Life Storage in Saco! She is very informative with how the rental process works! When I arrived my key and lock were in the exact place she told me they would be in! I was very impressed with the convenience of the elevator!!! And the carts provided right at the door next to the elevator how convenient! I was under pressure with this move and now I know my items are safely stored and in a VERY clean unit! Hands down the best place I have ever rented! Which came as a great relief! I will recommend Life Storage to anyone who is looking for something! The price of my unit is very reasonable! Thank you!! Thank you!! Thank you!!
