"Momcation" at its finest! These ladies made our girls trip incredible. Fabulous facials and pedicures along with outstanding facility and amazing customer service. We were greeted, offered beverages and pampered for the rest of the morning! We've decided to make this hidden gem a regular part of our Momcation tradition.

Marnie is without a doubt the BEST at what she does and goes above and beyond when she treats her customers. I travel from Leduc to go to Life Stiles its that good! The spa is clean, welcoming and relaxing. Worth the drive! Definitely ask for Marnie; she wont let you down.

Went for a massage and Margaret did a great job. Left with my back and calves much more relaxed. Signed up for the massage me monthly package, which seems like quite the deal. Looking forward to going back!
