Lab techs have no people skills are rude and unpleasant. My 11 yr old was taken in alone for blood given a bottle for urine and told to put in the fridge. He went to put it in the only fridge he saw (behind the desk) and the staff yelled at him grabbed his arm and embarrassed him in front of the overly crowded waiting room. Tried to contact head office and they are experiencing tech problems and couldn't process my call. Not happy/impressed with this place at all.

This lab is fast and efficient. Wait time is short. They are a no nonsense place. However if you have to do a urine sample there is a bathroom in the center but if that is busy there are bathrooms in the rest of the building just the strange part is the bathroom is located off the side of a stairwell. 😕

The lab technicians are highly skilled and approachable. My sister has veins that are hard to find, very small and they collapse easily. Most other labs need to try 4 times before they find a vein. This is the only lab that can find her vein more easily. There is one specific technician which is really good and here name is Lahnn, although, they are all very good. Sometimes it does get very busy in that lab... I think you can book your appointment for blood work on-line. That seems to help..

Absolute disaster. Only two technicians working and while they are trying hard the sheer number of customers were overwhelming them. They need more technicians at this location.

If you want to be in and out make sure you get there early and line up at the front door. You have to pay for parking. The bathroom is down the hall which is pretty awkward for urine tests. Would not recommend this location.
