Lids

Terrible experience here today. After waiting my turn to be served at the cash the young man who was working there left to go speak to a customer who had just walked in. He helped the customer find a hat, and spoke to him about getting a name and number put into the hat. Together the employee and the customer walked up to the cash where he proceeded to get the hat ready to and take payment for the other customer... all of this taking place while I am still waiting at the counter. I was completely invisible standing there with my wallet out and merchandise in my hand. I put the hat back and walked out. I won't be going back there again.
