Library Rina-Lasnier

Originally built in 1954 by architect Roland Dumais as the Saint-Pierre-Apôtre Church, this building was transformed into a library in 2007 by Dan Hanganu Architectes. Named after poet Rina Lasnier, it now blends mid-20th-century heritage with contemporary design, housing over 133,000 items and serving as a vibrant cultural hub for Joliette and Saint-Charles-Borromée

I love going there to browse through magazines, great lighting atmosphere! Also to do some work on the internet in peace! Very nice library!

To start with, a very nice place with lots of choice and the staff are helpful and friendly for those who are always complaining about everything and nothing, so start by asking the staff on site about your questions instead of coming to complain here.
