If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. Terrible customer service, charged 50$ to reprint a document that they originally made a mistake on. Miscalculated numbers for payroll. No employer information, or employee full name provided on payroll. DO NOT USE LIBERTY TAX SERVICE, stay away from this place.

This place will not see another dime of my money after my experience there this year with the new management. Horrible service, non-friendly. I had my taxes done here for years at a reasonable price, with friendly, down to earth service. This year, with new management and employees, I was charged almost double the price, NOT informed PRIOR to services. They were not friendly AT ALL. It was a terrible experience, and after years and years of being a customer, I will never give Liberty Tax in Airdrie another red cent.

Save your money and buy some tax software. This is an extremely basic service, run out of cubicles. The only thing separating them from the guys you see at the mall are that the guys at mall are probably cheaper. Our "tax specialist" had been doing taxes for "almost 2 years" was very quiet and uncommunicative and to top it all off she gave the CRA the wrong address. When I luckily got my notice of assessment (thank you Canada Post) I called them to have the address changed. There was no apology, no effort to make things right and I was told that I would still have to contact the CRA to correct their screw up. Would highly not recommend.
