Liberty Tax really amazed me with their exceptional level of services. The entire team at Liberty Tax are very knowledgeable, responsive and professional. Highly Recommend.

It took a month and a half of frequent emails to get four simple questions about my return answered. I never heard from either of the two people who actually worked on my file. Only the front desk staff who never fully answered everything, they either didn't respond or would answer one questions with a condescendingly obvious answer. I was lucky that a tax prepper from a different office dropped in and addressed my questions. Do yourself a favour and find a group that puts in a bit more effort. For reference on my experience, I have never felt the need to submit a review for anything, this was shockingly bad service.

I normally do my taxes out of liberty tax on king George hwy in surrey but was told to try this liberty tax . So I did. This a comparison of same franchise name under different management. I don't know if city laws come into affect. The reception was cool but polite. The actual deed was formal and abrupt. Waited 10 min to have my service completed in less than 3 minutes and scooted out the door. Not before paying $85. When I was asked to pay left me completely off guard and embarrassed. I am 53 disabled man on a fixed income of less than $1400 monthly. I have no money. That's the reason I was doing taxes early. Get some funds. 2 weeks later I was able to pay... That was a shocker for me. An awakening. Keep in mind this is a first hand comparison. Kgh liberty tax I ve been going almost ten years. The first time I went there I hadn't done taxes almost ten years but I was greeted with a smile , some kidding around and was even given a ride to cash a check. They made tax time a pleasure to go through. I was charged half as much with the option of having service fee deducted from tax return . Some companies don't even charge people on disability money and offer the consideration of postponing charges until a return has presented itself. I'm not here to hack on anybody or the service they provide but at $85 for 3 minutes and 60 minute in an hour at 8 hours a day.... almost $14000. A day. Charging people that at least give them some kind of acknowledgment or mabe I don't qualify as a client. A mystery to me

I have been using Liberty Tax in Burnaby for 10 years now and won't change. They're friendly, professional and have a nice location. Vincent and Anna have done the best job on my taxes and I highly recommend you use this business for the best experience when it comes to your tax experience!

I am a self employed contractor and was fortunate enough to have Vincent do my taxes, he did an excellent job! He also gave me some extremely helpful financial advise. I highly recommend this location to anyone who needs help doing their taxes.

I'd like to add more to my below review: I called again Vincent this year and he was again very professional and friendly. Despite his very busy schedule 8:00AM - 10:00PM daily, even on weekends! he told me that he'll do quick and professional the taxes for me, which was very happy to hear! Liberty Tax Service, Vincent and his teams are the best and most trusted! Great job! -------------- This is my 2nd year of working with Vincent and his office. I must say that he and his entire team are quite professional, friendly, quick and thorough when doing the taxes for me. I had to look no more for a tax specialist since I have Liberty Tax. I'd recommend Vincent and his team to anyone looking for a trusted and professional tax office!

2019 Review Anna and Vincent have provided me with the BEST tax advice/planning, and have done a great job in preparing my 2018 taxes. I only wish I had found Liberty Tax earlier. 2020 Review I had Anna prepare my 2019 taxes. Again my taxes were very challenging this year, and Anna was able to quickly complete the filing. By far the best Tax service I have ever used. 2021 Review, we had moved and used the local Liberty Tax thinking they were all affiliated, turns out they are not. They are independently owned and operated Had asked the local fellow to contact Anna to ensure everything was done correctly. He never did contact her and was under no obligations to contact her. I was was disappointed to learn this. I will be exploring options to see if I can get Anna back on the job for next year 2022 Review. Contacted Anna and she was able to do everything remotely. She was able to access all the applicable documentation online and she completed our taxes within a couple of days. Tax filing was never so easy!

5-star service by Vincent. This is our second year. We had an appointment in the evening, Vincent filed our taxes in just under 20mins. Simply amazing! He is knowledgeable and very professional. Definitely recommend everyone who wants to get their taxes done quickly and from someone reliable. Liberty Tax, cheers to you guys!!!
