I came there to do my taxes this year as opposed to H&R block last year. The owner had helped me personally but I'm sure all staff under him are equally trained and from what I saw equally willing to help and get you the most money possible.

He gave me a discount for being a first time customer, asked ME what kinds of things I could itemize (since I'm a home owner) like cellphone for work or internet costs, and even caught a mistake on my name (having a - instead of no -), all the while patient, friendly and understanding. 

I would recommend this place highly.
