Absolute lack of professionalism from the employees in this place. While I love liberty tax, I’ll never attended this location again and I’d advise against it. The only morally decent one is the receptionist. The women in this location speak as if they’re “above” you, they bash their sister locations, and they also talk about their clients!!! I was mortified to hear such talk about clients, especially since it is thanks to the clients that they recieve paychecks! The level of arrogance which is exuded is incredible, they lack proper communication skills, as well as customer service all while patting themselves on the back for being “highly knowledgeable”. If I could give this particular location a -5 rating, I would!! Steer clear, zero appreciation or respect for their clientele!!

Ive been using liberty tax at this location, and the Tyndall mall before that for many years. I have always received professional and knowledgeable service from all tax preparers here. One year i went to h&r block to have my taxes prepared and they messed up claiming i owed them $900 even tho they insure no mistakes... needless to say i will stick to liberty tax for years to come
