Liberty tax, I have went to them for the last 3 years always got a good return and this year they looked at it closer. Helped me with better refund. Very thankful for there help and experience
Very unprofessional and rude bunch of old ladies , they whipped up my taxes like a burger at McDonald's ,they shorted me tons of money and acted like it was nothing and ripped me off bigtime and are now under investigation....do not go there!
5 stars for the last few years they have been representing me. 1 star for this year - I have written several emails, left several messages and when calling with a 16 hours time difference 3 times... I have heard the office noise for several seconds followed by the busy signal - which proves one thing only. I am neither frustrated nor do I hold any anger. I am simply put professionally disappointed. No attempt has been made to get in touch with me.
I have being given the run around for 2 weeks. I have called 4 times n finally got some answers. But not without attitude. N each time I phoned I was told that I would get a call back. But not once did they call me back. Its funny when you sit with them that it takes 1/2 hour. But when its dropped off it takes 2 weeks to get any answers. Not to impressed with this service. Will be going eles where next year. When I dropped my taxes off I waited for 20 min. There was 3 of them looking for 1 file. So that's at least 45 min man hours. So that explains why it takes 2 weeks to get answers. Not impressed with the service this year.
Charlene & her amazing staff went of their way to make sure I had a positive experience, 10/10 would recommend to a friend.
I give them a two because the people are nice there But go else where. My second year with them and I'm not happy. H&R block for me next year!
A really disappointing experience that ended up costing me and my small businesses quite a bit of money and time. Would not recommend.
