Update: two weeks after our first visit we returned. This time seated at one of patio booth and knowing exactly what I’ll be ordering. Love the butternut squash ravioli. I have had my concern that ravioli could be over cooked but it isn’t. Each wrap is at the perfect texture. Delicious and visually appetizing veggies decorated the plate. The Tokyo bowl seems dynamic in taste and texture with lots of colors coupled with salmon. Friendly and prompt service from the waitresses again. —— Fabulous energy and atmosphere. We sat at the patio-like area where it is covered all-round while receives ample natural light. We ordered two pizzas, the Liberty Margarita and Three Mushrooms. Those didn’t disappoint. Thin crusted and generous with the toppings. The bar seating area in an oval shape seems to get surrounding TV. Fabulous waiters and waitresses. Next time I’d like to try the butternut squash ravioli.
I’ve been to Liberty Kitchen twice and both times I’ve been very impressed. The atmosphere is great - very bright and fresh and modern. The service was top notch both times. And the food is amazing! The first time I went our table shared a couple of orders of wings, and order of their meatballs and marinara sauce with garlic toast, and one of their delicious pizzas the Biltmore with shrimp, basil pesto, arugula, white sauce and Calabrian chili. Unfortunately I neglected to take pics of the food but it was delectable. The second visit, our table ordered the butternut squash and ricotta ravioli, the spicy chicken sandwich with wedge fries, and the Tokyo chicken bowl. The ravioli was savory and flavorful, the crispy chicken sandwich and wedge fries were a serious winner - the chicken itself was crunchy on the outside and yet moist and tender on the inside. The Tokyo chicken bowl was a solid choice with tons of chicken and vegetables. Our server was very friendly on both occasions and the kitchen was on their game as the food came out hot and fresh in no time. Knowing that Liberty Kitchen comes from the same stable of companies as Brown’s Social House, I can say with little doubt that you won’t have a bad experience there.
Servers are friendly and make good recommendations. Large portions probably too much!!, good modern decor. I had the blacked chicken pasta and it was great. I didn’t particularly like the side of garlic toast as it was drenched in oil but not enough to hurt the vibe of the meal. No complaints, nice place for lunch or probably dinner.
The pizzas here are great! Our server was excellent and attentive when needed. Lots of seating inside and on the patio, so we didn’t need to wait at all when we arrived at dinner time. You can see right into the kitchen where they make the pizzas and take them out of the oven.
The three of us who visited Liberty Kitchen enjoyed our meals so much that we can’t wait to go back again. Fresh, hot and very tasty burger, pizza and pasta!! Service was exceptional and atmosphere was enjoyable. We also had amazing dessert but gobbled it up before taking a photo. I highly recommend you give them a try.
We had beautiful lunch nice food, nice staff All good!! It was the best pizza I have ever had in Victoria! Nice atmosphere, convenient parking We ordered BLT pizza, crunchy cauliflower, cheese bread, meatballs, Caesars salad, cocktails watermelon mint! I love it
Great service and the pizzas are just right. Individual size with a very good baking technique. The crust is thin - makes one enjoy the toppings so much more. I think their best one is the marguerita pizza. Simple as it should be. Friendly service and attentive staff. Will be revisiting soon!
Came here last night with a large group of 13 people. We sat in two tables, as I understand our group is a little large. I heard this place opened less than a month agoor a month ago: overall experience was great. The service was prompt and all staff seemed to know when to pop in and out and check on us. The food was not too long of a wait, and I was pretty hungry. When I asked about a few menu items, the waitress was very good in comparing my choices. The food arrived hot, tasted fresh. Portions were reasonable for the price. A few other menu items stood out as well, may have to come back and give it another try one day. It may be hard to get in as they were super packed, even on a Sunday night.
The GM contacted me after we had a less than stellar experience. He invited us back to redeem the experience and WOW do they ever deliver!! Our server Cassidy was amazing, and a wonderful person that made our experience spectacular. Keely greeted us and instantly we felt special, Kelly and Max at the bar were wonderful and the drinks were too notch. Erin and Meghan were super friendly and Matt the Sommelier was very knowledgable and made us feel like stars. Our food was excellent, the Chicken Parm Cassidy recommended and was right! was so good! The atmosphere was fun and bright but not so loud we could'nt chat at the table. I would recommend this place to any of my friends or family looking for a top notch dinning experience! 5 stars well earned!!!!!!! Matt, your team is amazing!!
Great food quality, the pizza was amazing! The environment in the restaurant carries a nice vibe. It’s somewhat fancy but also cozy! Service was great. Be assured that you will have an amazing experience dining at Liberty Kitchen.
