Absolutely terrible! Now, the waitstaff was excellent - we adored Alexa. However, she has no control over the cooks. We order mozzarella sticks for an appetizer and a Caesar salad. Well, the mozzarella sticks were still partially frozen. I took a bite of one and my husband ate a whole one - well they took it back and microwaved it. Okay, that should have been the first sign. Shortly, after we placed our order there were 2 families who sat behind us and next to us and they both received their orders before us. Our orders were rather simple and to be honest was just about what the family across from us ordered - to make matters worse. So we decided to leave and our order still wasn’t up. This was a terrible experience.
Great breakfast food and great prices! We will definitely come back to try lunch/dinner as well as other specialties. Service was decent, but it was to be expected as the restaurant was very busy and had multiple to-go orders as well.Food: 5/5
we've been here a few times before and it was okay, but today we ordered an appetizer combo that comes with 4 appetizers, only received 3 but were made to pay for all 4. she put the $2.99 side item in the *appetizer* combo and told us we would have to pay $8.99 for the actual app item we were supposed to get in it, rather than paying for the $2.99 side outside of the combo. she said it was what her computer did and she can't fix it, even though we order the way the menu states. this was after our food got cold waiting 10 minutes and i'm really not exaggerating for the gravy we asked for with our chicken and fries, that she already put at the table. she apologized once, but still acted like we were an inconvenience. the other waitresses all seemed nice though, and the food is maybe 8/10
Good Food Good Prices. We tried the Monte Cristo with fry's and it was good. First time eating here. Staff was friendly
The staff and food was great. I got fish and chips and wife got lemon and rice soup that both were pretty tasty. Come on out and enjoy a little small town goodness.Food: 5/5
The food is pretty good. It comes out hot and that's great. A couple of the waitstaff can seem overly stressed and aren't afraid to let you know it. Mostly, the service is great! We'll continue to go back.
Worst customer service ever! Ate there yesterday. There were no clean tables to sit at so I grabbed a towel off nearby table to clean one. Got yelled at by server. Took 20 minutes at least for them to take our order and another half hour to get food. Guy sat down after us was waited on, served, and leaving by time we got food.
The food is really good and the staff is great Kid-friendliness: My kid loves the food
