This is my favorite bakery! Great treats, great food. Great Service. This is a hidden gem. If you are near Parental Home and Bowden you must stop by this drive-thru only. Closed Sunday and Monday.

Above and beyond!! Unique experience but not surprised if it’s not. I was on my way there on a Saturday for banana bread and missed the fact that they close at 1pm—it was 12:50pm. I called ahead to see if it was worth the stop. Unfortunately they didn’t have the bread but the women— didn’t catch her name was INCREDIBLY helpful offering to text me tips to get me going on making my own. I can bake, I just didn’t feel like it that day, lol…it was easy with her help though. More importantly great feedback I added some spread options, brown butter and guava-cran. I’ll need to stop an actually try them out but pretty sure my review/stars would be the same.

I got the Two if by Brie on a croissant — turkey, Brie, cranberry. Huge heavy sandwich, the croissant was flaky and buttery. Support local

This bakery is to DIE FOR. Y’all. I can’t even begin to put into words how absolutely delicious it is, but I’m going to try. I’ll start with the chocolate chip scone, ugh. Incredible. The delicate light fluffy goodness encompassed with chocolate chips throughout that brings that pop of sweetness to compliment the buttery heavenly scone. Amazing. Now, the chorizo and black bean quiche. WHERE HAS THIS BEEN ALL MY LIFE. Homemade flaky goodness of a crust. Yummy not too spicy not too bland chorizo without overwhelming amounts of grease pouring out, pure perfection. I just can’t even. I will be back to try EVERYTHING this beautiful gem has to offer. Thank you Liberty Bakery for blessing my tastebuds with your masterpieces.

I stopped by and the cashier was so sweet, and the food was delicious! I have a Buffalo chicken salad on a croissant and a carrot cake cupcake. It's the perfect place to stop by if you want a little treat!

Super friendly owners actually stops to talk to you and if it’s your first time there gives you a “tour” of the place explains the menu, what they offer, etc.. I had the blueberry scone,the spinach/crab quiche and an iced coffee. Great prices as well. So delicious, it’s so hard to find good scones and they have them here! My dog was also offered a big dog treat : Will 100% be back!

Absolutely love this mom and pop business! The staff are very friendly, and drive-thru nature of the bakery is convenient. although I wish they would provide the menu outside of the window so you know what to order. Anyway I highly recommend their egg and cheese sandwich on an English muffin mainly because they have that bread heart shaped, and am very excited to try their other bakery items in the future!

I love liberty bakery. Hands down the best spot to satisfy your sweet tooth. The prices are unbelievably reasonable and they have a new dessert menu every Tuesday. The owner is very friendly and everything is nicely package so you can take it home, if you dont eat it in your car first.

It is really in a small building but the food is good. I wish that the biscuit were a little more fluffy, it seems like there were second pass biscuits. I do like the shape of my biscuits. I did eat the egg, bacon, and cheese biscuit sandwich. I would still eat this sandwich as an option for breakfast.

I love this place. Always yummy, friendly, and fast. I like the breakfast burrito with bacon and salsa. Plus a large sweet tea. The family there is very sweet. And the consistency of the food is amazing
