Most people are fishing here. We are here for a walk. Many geese and ducks. Six ponds total. Looks like shallow water and small fishes. The views could be better if not coming during the day with hot sun.
Park is quiet and able to be enjoyed by people of all ages. Multiple ponds, trails and picnic areas. This site has multiple areas to drive around as well as walk.
The park has lots of trails to go walking. The ponds are beautiful with all sorts of wifelife. There are some good fishing spots. By far my favorite spot to go is warriors pond dedicated to the men from the area who died over seas Playground: They have a nice playground at the community center Dog-friendliness: The trails are great for walking your dogs Picnic area: They have nice picnic areas all around the park

Lewis Emery is pretty awesome! Waterfalls, the sounds of flowing water, and the never ending Dad... Dad... Dad! LOL bring bread or crackers bc lots of hungry ducks geese and swans for the children to enjoy! Oh and like 6 ponds! Would recommend!
Loveeee driving through here especially right after they have their babies! Kids absolutely love seeing all the birds. Really never packed or overwhelmingly crowded. Very nice place to visit for a stroll!
This park is different In a great way!! It has a huge pond split by four intersecting narrow paved roads. You can drive, hike ,jog ,bike ECT along its paved scenic trails. The park also has dirt trails that travel through the wooded areas. There were teens and adults fishing separately and together throughout the park so it must have some pretty good catch there. This park also has plenty of rest ,eating and hanging out areas along its paths for those who need to take a breather or just take it all in. All in all i really enjoyed this vast park so much I took a nap while there lol. If you are going to be in Hillsdale MI anytime, definitely give this park a visit.
This used to be such a wonderful place! We would bring our children here to fish many times every summer. Now they are grown and we were recently here reminiscing. It was so disappointing!! The ponds are so grown in you can barely find a place to throw a line in and many of the docks have been removed. It's heartbreaking when you know a place could be so beautiful. We have many fond memories here but it doesn't look like new families are going to have that same opportunity today.
Wonderful place to stretch your legs and enjoy nature. The multiple ponds, beautifully landscaped waterfall, and walking trails make this one of my favorite places to take a stroll.
Good place to do some night fishing for big bass
