Alan Martin the inspector is honestly a joke. I have been trying to get help from them about my apartment windows leaking water for a long time and maintenance at the apartments won’t fix it. When I initially called they advised they could help. My windows were pouring water from rain and they said they couldn’t come out until the following week, when he came out he said he couldn’t do anything because the water wasn’t actively dripping it hadn’t rained of course then but he could clearly see the water damage all over my wall. He gave me his extension and told me to call him back when the water was dripping because apparently he couldn’t do anything until he saw the water himself, so I called him back and once again they couldn’t come until the following day. He came and said he couldn’t get into the complex due to a pavement truck being parked out there blocking the way and basically said he wasn’t going to come and look at it or do anything. He told me to just call the leasing office again. Which I’ve been doing since I moved in over a year ago and nothing has been done. It’s really sad a pregnant woman has to live in these conditions because nobody wants to do their job.

They're always very nice to me when I go in there. The lady who checks you in is always smiling and friendly. The people that call you back and take care of you always make sure that you got everything you came in for taken care of and are wonderful. I have never had an unpleasant experience when I have gone in there.

Always helpful and always polite. Ready with the correct information and an amazing attitude of "if we stick together we will get thru this TOGETHER". THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU'RE DOING.

I was a intern here for my capstone to graduate from the University of Louisville.I worked under Amelia one of the nurses and she was absolutely amazing! She said she never had an intern before, but I never would have known. She showed/taught me what she did as a public health nurse and explained everything throughly. She is really a great leader. I also went to events in the community with her, she is well known and loved! She made me feel comfortable and introduced me to everyone. I enjoyed my experience with Clark County and the entire staff are really friendly as well.

I called to help my brother get his birt certificate. Though I read reviews and complaints I had neither. Was a wonderful experience and they were knowledgeable and very nice. They also directed me to their website so there woukd be no fraud. Yee haa Clark County

After filling several complaints against companies not following the mask mandate it seems that nothing gets done. I filed 2 complaints against lowes in Clarksville and to date they still have not done anything. If they would do what they did to hobby Lobby and start shutting these places down then companies will start following and taking it seriously. Lowes told me that will not comply or police or force customers.

Called them a month or so ago to report a local business who refuses to comply with the mask mandate, social distancing, and a sign posted on their doors. Person answering the phone could have cared less. Guess they are to busy supporting their boss who is trying to be the quarterback of the Colts........RIDICULOUS

The nurses and staff here are all great. Very informative, and always in good moods and willing to help. This place is such a great resource for the area, glad it's here for everyone!

These employees are great here. They go above and beyond to help people. Every Health Department needs people like the ones who work here. They are the most caring and that's what a community needs.
