Story

In 2011 The City Grill set a new standard for dining in Windsor. In 2012 the people that brought you The City Grill (and the Bull & Barrel) will take nightlife entertainment to an entirely new level with the October opening of Level 3 Vodka Emporium.

Perched on the third floor of the iconic ‘Birk’s” building at the corner of Park and Ouellette, Level 3 is located in a space rarely seen by the public. A private elevator ride transports guests to a nightclub/lounge experience like no other.

Level 3 Vodka Emporium is an eclectic mix of 100 year old exposed roof trusses, natural stone, elegant colours, comfortable furnishings and seductive lighting - a refined and comfortable space. Elegant and edgy.

This 21 and over hideaway is about being different. It’s a place where young professionals can enjoy the best vodka’s on the planet; where groups of friends can retreat to their private booth to share a vodka tasting and where ‘ladies night out’ means dancing to the hottest music in the chicest nightclub in town. Amazing place, place rocks and everyone has a great time. Staff is always welcoming new people. One of the top places to go out and have a great night with friends. The number one place to go if you want to get out with you and your friends, being 21 and over. Prices for drinks and bottles are really good and they have some of the best bartenders in the city. Bartenders are outgoing and always interacting with us.

So, this depends on what you're looking for but.... For a  well dressed dance bar: - bartenders are fast there's 2 bars - bottle service was sufficient. Nothing to complain about, nothing above and beyond. - DJ is good. Top 40 generally, with some fringe outside hits at least in the 3 times I've been there - MC is interactive with the crowd. I'm always a fan of that. - kind of a small space. Awkward spacing. - nice design for what they are working with. - staff is super nice. Tim was fantastic. Sad to see that he left.

I will not go back or suggest to friends. "won" a booth and bottle service with coat check... they told me coat check wasnt open, so they put our coats in a closet when we arrived and hassled us for proof that they were ours when we left. we had to pay for the service of the bottle, which was fine, but were advised that if someone came in and wanted to pay for the booth, we would have to vacate. most of the guests looked under 19 and the environment was not at all what they portrayed online... the bar was empty for most of the evening.

Good music and fun place to dance. However last night we went out and the young girl taking cash was either completely intoxicated or high...or maybe both. She could barely open her eyes. We came in with 7 girls and 4 of us had issues with incorrect change begin given back. The security and other staff clearly seen this girl intoxicated...We just didn’t understand why she would be handling money while intoxicated at work. It was weird and inappropriate.

Great club. Especially if you want to be with a bit of an older more mature crowd. Age range is between 22-30 . prices are fair. Tends to get a bit hot and crowded. Has elevator access as well. Cover is cheap and bottle service is excellent . music is top 40

Amazing place to go on the weekends for a drink and some dancing. Watched servers go out of their way to make patrons feel safe and taken care of every night I'm there. Funny staff and great music. Can't wait to spend my birthday there, keep up the great work ladies!

Hot Garbage. The floor was so sticky, it almost pulled our shoes off. They charged cover, and there were only 2 people in the bar outside of employees, and my group. The drinks were more expensive then the bars across the street, that had better music, more people, and no cover.

Lev3l is hands down the go to club in Windsor, offering great deals on bottles every Friday and Sunday, great staff and an overall amazing atmosphere. I highly recommend going there if you want to have a fun night out with your friends or are looking to book booths for birthdays or special occasions. 10/10 & ill definitely keep returning.

This place has to water down their drinks. My friends and I went on a weekend trip to Windsor. We were there for maybe an hour and a half, I had at least 4 drinks here after about 6 drinks over 4 hours before hand. I walked out of this place sober. As did my friends, one of which gets drunk off a drink and a half and had 3 drinks here. The place was fine enough but we were paying $6 CAD for orange juice and grenadine.

Place is over priced always and full of fat chicks and American football players mainly it bad dubstep fans. Been four times now. Everytime either a fight or something being stolen between my wallet and a bottle. Only come here because people absolutely beg.
