I have been using LeTeam for my small business for some time now. The centre is awesome for anyone who needs a quiet workspace at a really reasonable price. The meeting spaces are excellent for any client meetings both large and small. The staff are always friendly and helpful. It’s really nice to be greeted by name when you come into the centre to work.
LeTeam is a perfect fit for any start-up or small business. It’s been a great place for us to network with other businesses in the center. The quality of the boardroom space is perfect for any meetings I have with clients. They are greeted by very professional staff who are always friendly and welcoming and make me look good in front of my clients. There is plenty of parking for my staff and clients and they are conveniently located.
The damage deposit is a joke no matter how good a tenant no matter if you return the keys, no matter how clean you leave your suite. You are charged from re keying, steam cleaning and furniture. And no receipt or proof they even did it. They just keep all deposits.
Highly recommend LeTeam office space, their offices are clean top to bottom, i got mine furnished with beautiful wood dresks and anywhere else in calgary your going to pay triple for the space. The staff and management get back to you fast. As well they have transit close by which was great for my staff. No issues at all.
Great workspace and friendly staff that is genuinely concerned with how create a better experience for their clients. Clean and functional spaces. I’m usually in Calgary 6-7 times a year and any time I need workspace they always come through. Highly recommended.
