Won't be going back here. We ordered lunch Herr & decided to sit outside. Kind of a cool day & asked if we could have the heaters turned on, was told their propane gas tanks were empty. Went inside to place order, 2 Brauts with saurkraut & fries. Was very disappointing lunch for us both. Fries were soggy & on the cool side, braut was ok but Jack squat for saurkraut. The food here isn't on the cheaper side here. So for what we received as lunch, we will most definitely won't be returning for a second try.
The staff was very friendly. The coffee was pretty good, and priced well a giant iced coffee was under 4 dollars. The interior was clean and well kept. The bathrooms were spotless. They had multiple different girl names from cornhole to giant Jenga and connect four. A wonderful front porch covered with multiple ceiling fans and rocking chairs as well as patio furniture couches. I was very appreciative of the dog bowl out front.
I come here from time to time for work meetings during the week, not for the bar. The coffee is good and priced like other places, and my lunches have been what you’d expect from a cafe/bar. It’s not super busy and they have a private meeting area that you can use if someone isn’t using it. Internet works well. Sometimes the music has been a little too loud and it’s difficult to read the menu. I wish you could reserve the private room for meetings because sometimes there’s just one person in there. Overall this isn’t my favorite place to have a work meeting, but the food and coffee are good and it’s never super busy, so it gives me what I’m looking for. I will continue to go back, just not super often. The staff are very helpful and friendly and that has been enjoyable. Edit: You can actually reserve the room! That’s so helpful.
Great burger and club sandwich! Excellent prices and good options for breakfast lunch and dinner. Stop in for an IPA, hard cider or a craft coffee. Not to be missed. Fantastic stop in Pendelton Square.
Coffee is pretty good, but the menu board is dishonest. The sandwichs are listed as 7 bucks on the board but they charge 9 for them. The same with the coffee everything is 1 to 2 more than the board. If you change your prices, you should update the screen. I understand inflation but it's a dishonest practice. Also, I ordered a medium coffee, which is the smallest on the menu and was charged for an xl.
Pendleton was having an event so we went in at 7:30 to get dinner and some coffee to enjoy while we walked around and did some shopping and when we came in the lady serving alcohol told the cashier after he made the people in front of us order to close down the coffee ! Now mind you they don’t close till 10 ! It’s 7:30 on a chilly night and we just wanted some coffee 2.5 hours before closing and we where denied coffee . Then she yelled Coffee is closed and a whole line of people walked out of the door ! I guarantee you by the time me and my mom bought dinner , tea/soda , muffins , and coffee our total would have came to at minimum $50 ! After she said coffee was closed we just walked out . Me and my family spend a lot of money here every week and it was just disappointing that we went to a coffee shop too get coffee and couldn’t get it ! Also I enjoy getting lunch here but have to go through the drive through and eat in my vehicle because they don’t have high chairs for my 2 year old twins ! Honestly I seen a lot of reviews people complaining about the price but their coffee is so good I will pay every penny they charge for it ! Their BLT’s and pickle fries are delicious ! They have really good quality items and I don’t mind paying for it but I’m not sure if I’ll be back since I can’t get coffee 2.5 hours before closing and they don’t have high chairs for their “family” environment!
Had the barbecue chicken nachos, mozzarella sticks and a coffee flight. Delicious!!!
Great micro brew and coffee place. There is plenty of seating both in and outside. People working on computers so they must have good wifi. They have gas fire pits and cornhole.Food: 5/5
Nice atmosphere and good craft beer selection. Beer was almost $8. Food was not very good. 2 pieces of turkey and 2 pieces of bacon on my $8 or $9 sandwich. Also had the pulled pork nachos, stale chips, white nacho cheese from a bottle and a spoon or 2 of pork. 1 beer, nachos and sandwich was around $30 with tip.
We love Brews. It's a great environment and perfectly cozy.Food: 5/5
