My grandfather passed away recently and I was faced with the task of choosing a funeral home. He ended up being sent here and my initial thoughts when walking through the door seeing all the beautiful decor was “money pit” and thought for sure they would try to upsell me very expensive funeral related items while taking advantage of my grief. I was very pleasantly surprised, I met with Natasha and explained my situation that I would not be able to afford any expensive funeral related items, she was very understanding and never tried to make me feel obligated or embarrassed. She remained very kind and respectful, she seemed to genuinely care about my situation and my grief as well as my grandfather, she was happy to give me time to go through his wishes and worked with me to handle everything in the best way possible. Aside from how amazing Natasha was, the decor is beautiful and everyone was very nicely dressed, the building is extremely clean. They handled my grandfathers remains in the most respectful way possible. This is not the first funeral home I’ve unfortunately had to deal with but by far the best!
Very professional and compassionate, they go over and above to make sure everything goes smoothly, Jacob, Michel and Lynne are truly amazing
