Top quality and service
A family owned butcher shop, majority of the products are local and very tasty.
OK, Ok, i got 2 pieces of Rib eye. Unreal quality. I unfortunately slightly over cooked it on a cast iron grill, but the quality is so amazing that it was still very tender and juicy. Can I put a 6th star?
If i could put 10 stars i would i Just had there americain kobe beef and its Just so next level . I cant wait To eat my 80 Day age tomahawk tonight .
Good quality meats and good service
Family run business with personal service. Good tips for cooking your meats. The best aged beef I found so far. Excellent for the BBQ. Their prepackaged hamburger are made with Angus beef. Very tasty and convenient.
We are blessed in Verdun by having this butcher shop here. Absolutely divine.
