Les Schwab Tire Center

Les Schwab in the Dalles gave me great service. I thought I needed a front end alignment because my van was pulling to the left. The service tech looked at my van, fixed my problem and did not charge me any money. Everyone was supper nice and friendly. We had fast walk in service.

Blew a tag axle in hood river came into the dalles at 6:20 by 7:30 rolling even though 8 am open yeh sure it was after hour price but Thank you Les Schwab Im rolling abd delivery will be on time no buddies running out of fuel today Thank you for being such efficient at your jobs Tank you .

The sign says, "Summer Travel", yes, it is, and it's better than winter tire issues! Glad they are so good at fixin' things.

We were prepared to change all 4 of my trucks tires after one blew out, however after they inspected my vehicle the tech working decided that only the tire that blew out needed to be replaced and the rest are fine. He talked me out of changing all of them because I was paranoid about having another blowout. Then about 50 miles later, the other rear tire blew out and once again I was stuck on the side of the highway in 95 degree heat waiting for a tow. When I called the Les Schwab to see if they would help me out (tow cost, tire cost, etc.) they refused to anything and told me it was not they're fault. This is the single worst experience I have had with any tire place and I have avoided Les Schwab in the past but this really confirms it. If you can avoid it, go elsewhere for your tire needs, these people are clueless and have no integrity. This situation would have been a little better if they actually took responsibility for telling a customer that their tires are fine when in reality they were not, but of course they put on the blame on me. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It ain't what it used to be when Les was alive always feel like I'm getting screwed out of my cash now a days I only go there if I have no choice . I'm sure Les is rolling in his grave . No more sudden service
