Only walk ins aloud . Also not everyone can leave there car for 9 hours. People have to work. So maybe have an option to schedule an appointment just to do tire rotation.

We had our tires pop on our trailer while traveling through on Sunday. We were at the door when they opened first thing Monday morning. They thankfully had the tires we needed in stock and they took care of it right away. Very friendly and fast service. Thank you for saving our family vacation!

These guys are great, I purchased 5 tires, got my spare today and had to try it out immediately completely by accident they were able to order me a new one, and joke with me about it. I am extremely happy and grateful for this team.

A little over 2 weeks ago, my family was leaving Idaho to head back to Utah. 12 hour drive WITHOUT stopping! My husband was pulling our 5th wheel and race trailer pulling doubles and i was driving my car. We ended up with a flat on the fifth wheel as we were leaving pinehurst. He changed it real quick and sent me to Les Schwab to get the flat repaired while he started heading to Utah. The man that helped me was amazing! It was so quick and he explained there was a cut in the tire and he was able to patch it. He said I didn't owe anything! Idk if my uncle secretly paid him and told him not to tell me or if he really just even more kind than he already was being! Either way, he helped me out immensely for free! I was beyond grateful that he made my delayed morning into a great experience and we had the security of have the tire fixed if we needed it for our long travel. Thank you!

A few weeks ago, my husband and I were on a road trip and got stuck at a gas station in Kellogg when our car wouldn’t start. I called Les Schwab not sure if they would be able to help us. Jason came out to us, figured out what was wrong, and fixed the problem all in less than an hour and without payment. We are so thankful for his kindness and how quickly he responded to our problem.
