this was my first time at benny’s and i can say im really disappointed. the cashier was the rudest person i’ve ever met, our order wasnt complete, i asked for the new pokebowl and they didnt put anything we asked in it, there was only rice and two pieces of chicken. there was barely any sauce. paid 15$ for that and it was cold as well. we waited 30 minutes for all of that and we were alone in the restaurant and we called to get something because our order was ridiculous and the cashier was literally so rude and mean to everyone and sighed in our faces the whole time we ordered, and she just gave us a 5$ credit while screaming on the phone. go to st-hubert instead: i got a picture of the pokebowl we asked for lettuce, cucumber, corn, onions but i cant post it here apparently
This by far the worst Benny’s I have ever dealt with. My order took 1 hour and 45 minutes to deliver and I live 5 kms away. The food was cold when it arrived and they forgot the drink I ordered. Part of my order was onions rings that cost $5.49. I got 5 onion rings for that price. I wish I could post a picture of it here to show everyone. To sum it all up they have very poor service, cold food and they rip you with small portions. Stay away at all costs
Poor service! You could hear the cooks on the back acting up. Took over a 1/2 hour to get the meals I ordered . Got home and the tomatoes in the wrap was rotten!!!
Tried it for the first time yesterday. The chicken is good, but the fries are bland. And I didn't like the gravy, it didn't taste great and it had a jellow consistency. I prefer St-Hubert Express.
I saw something abnormal !!! Any delivery from this restaurant Uber and DoorDash they ask the delivery guy to go inside the kitchen to pick up his order That’s mean everyone could access to the kitchen!!! The access to the kitchen in any restaurant should be forbidden to people from outside the restaurant, to avoid any cross contamination, Hope to hear explanation about this observation. Is that allowed by health Canada ??
It was my first time today i actually !!as soon as i came in the girl that toke my order was not wearing a mask and was complaining how tired she was already ..all time i was there she never put her on and also i was looking true the small hole on the wall and i could see that the other workers in the back were wearing the mask under there chin or under there nose not very safe to order food actually i really didn't want to eat my meal anymore the owner should check is worker more closely
What a disappointment. I tried it for the first time today and unfortunately it's not as good as Benny&Co. I got the wrap and chicken fingers. Chicken was not crispy, the sauce was like jelly.
Moved from Saint Jean sur Richelieu and their Benny is not comparable to this one. The portions are smaller for the same price, a lot less sauce, no bun, and the sauce that you get tastes like norhing. I will be giving this Benny another try and hope that this was just a one time thing. Extremely disappointed.
June 7th 2018 Placed an order at your restaurent in Beloeil for a family dinner. Sure was not a good experience. 1-unsmiling face of the cashier as we seem to be a bother and a little later, her placing her face next to a mirrored window in order to clean her teeth. 2-the “boy” giving our order wouldn’t seem to be able to stand when he gave me my order. 3-standing and waiting for the order, we have plenty of time to look around and see all the dust behind one of the side television screen which just so happens to be just above where all the orders pass under. 4-as if this was not enough, only once we had left did we notice that she the cashier had not taken down our correct order as we had ordered the poutine with chicken and got both without. Only reason we didn’t go back was once we looked at the bill had we noticed she charges us “without chicken” All in all, normally when we see a Benny, we go in to eat. Now you can be sure I will from now on think twice before eating there again, if ever again. You might want to double check some of your restaurent as this one in Beloeil sure is under par for one that carries your name. I can't say no to crinkle fries and that's what fries they use in their poutine. Their gravy is also very tasty. The chicken is moist. Recommend.
