I'm gonna by saying that service was very good. But the food though... First the prices are almost the double of an usual Asian restaurant. I'll be ok with the price if the quality of the food was high but is not. We got some curry Thai Shrimps but there was no flavor at all. Normally, you stir fry the protein and vegetables with the sauce but it was obvious that the sauce was added after on the plate before serving. It's like they prepare in advance part of the meals and they are just waiting to see what the client will order to add the corresponding sauce on top of it. Also, for the price, we got just 6 tiny shrimps... For an Asian owned restaurant, this is very disappointing. Not returning there for sure.
One size, one type is available. Price is 15+tax. I would say the size is smaller than large. Broth is tasty. But for the pho, I'd recommend other place to try.
Me and my fiancee decided to go off island to try pho so we came here expecting something good as it was rated 4.8 stars with over 100 ratings. We had the tonkinoise soup and Tom Kay soup. The good: pho broth was quite rich and fresh, the meat was well cooked and tasty the bad : the portions are quite small compared to the price , you don't get the soy sprouts or Asian basil to add Tom Kay had rich flavours of lime but was way to sweet and the sweetness overpowered any other tastes in it Overall it's a nice place to bring your wine and enjoy some Asian food but for pho u would definitely consider other options
The best Vietnamese restaurent in Quebec. This place might look like nothing but the food quality is very impressive Parking: Try the padthai
Excellent restaurant, very cozy. We really like the food and the service is excellent ;
Been coming here for a few years the owner is very nice and wants you to have a nice experience. The food is great, very flavourful and generous portions. The prices are very reasonable. Will continue going here for many more years to come!
i love this place! ive been coming here with my family since i was 7 and i am currently 15 : its a wonderful place with such warming environment.The employees are the sweetest and the old man is heart-warming :D The food is the best! 100% recommend coming here!!
Best place to have pho! Everything is good on the menu to be honest! We pick up food from here once every two weeks. And the man is so nice ! We love seeing his smile
We came into this place quite accident. And the food is amazing good. The boss and his wife are very nice they recommend us the general Tao is really tasty. I love the Tomyum soup and the spring roll. I love it!! Definitely I will visit there again.
Me and my girlfriend choose this restaurant based on the reviews, looking for a good Vietnamese/Thai restaurant in the area. It has a 4.8* rating with over 130 reviews. Cant go wrong right?? We got served by the owner, which came off as a nice man. We asked him what was the specialty of his restaurant was and he recommended 5 soups...he described 1 soup, a spicy soup made with coconut milk, basil, broccoli etc., It sounded delicious and I ordered this, and my girlfriend took a vegetarian tofu plate. We also asked for 1 order of spring rolls to share. And finally 1 Pad Thai plate to share. The spring rolls arrived and were "not bad". My soup was really not what I ordered and wasn't good at all. The WORST was the Pad Thai, they put KETCHUP in the Pad Thai??? Who does that? It really shocked me. At this point I was upset and didn't eat the Pad Thai and decided to leave. The Bill was 68$ The owner charged us 5$ each spring roll because we decided to "share" the plate and 2.50$ for extra vegetables that we didn't order. Ridiculous, In my opinion. Toilets were dirty too. It ruined our day and appetite, its not fair to pay for food that's inedible, and we were shocked to receive a bill that expensive for the quality of food and restaurant itself. I still don't understand where all those reviews come from to be honest to get 4.8* AT YOUR OWN RISK BUT BE WARNED
