Very helpful and honest staff. Great prices and variety. My upstairs and downstairs flooring both come from there.
Service was good overall, the seller Seb was a nice guy. One of the guys helped us put the stacks of floorings to the truck, one of them complained that he didn't want to put it on top of a van because he didn't want to lift it up, forgot the exact words. Anyways, we bought it at $5.50 ish sf, it's not cheap stuff. The wood is ok but you can see there are A LOT of small issues. Not sure if you see but cracks, imperfections, badly painted, hole that you can see through, etc...Sure they probably won't do a thing since it says on a box 5% might have issues. But when you have to cut some parts, the edge has to be cut cauz they don't look nice or try to fix them. It makes it hard to reuse, like doing a puzzle. Not gonna buy that brand next time. Go buy at Boutique du plancher not far from the area, my friend said he has no issues or at least less for a bit more $.
Great store to buy quality tiles. Great service. They forgot a box in my order and they personally delivered it to my house. Prices are excellent and beat their competitors.
We’ve bought many products of this store since 2016. The representative explained very well. Sebastien has excellent experience. He gave us ideas and helped us a lots. I highly recommend this place.
Excellent customer service and choice. The quality of flooring is impeccable and definitely less expensive than other retailers in the area.
