Excellent service. We purchased a new heat pump and furnace from this company in July 2017 and not only was their price hard to beat (I called about 6 different companies for quotes, including Costco), but they had excellent service during installation. It was a big job to remove my old stuff and they worked hard, even coming back at the start of winter to help me with the settings on my thermostat. I do not normally write reviews but I always read them...thought I'd post a positive one!

Terrible experience. Called for a repair, technician was working on the wrong AC unit, service was a huge rip-off, they are just out for the money, unprofessional, and not service experts. Never again.

Excellent service. Très satisfaite de mon achat. Le personnel est compétent et courtois. Hâte que l'été arrive pour me servir de ma thermopompe. Merci à toute l'équipe

46$ pour un call de service a deux km de leur bureau.je trouve ca un peu cher pour une heure...et puis il y a rien de réparer sur la thermo pompe Mitsubishi..c est la première  et la dernière Mitsubishi...
