Terrible, terrible customer service and also really lousy work! I had a fence erected in April 2018, by aug/sept there were issues with it. I called the company told them the problems and they told me they would be by on Monday. They never showed every Monday that they told me they would be here. Eventually they stopped answering my calls leading me to believe they went out of business, which wouldn’t have been too surprising considering the poor quality work they do. I called them from a friends phone and lo and behold they answered so obviously they screened their calls and didn’t want to be bothered to repair mistakes that they made. It is now a little over one year later and I was forced to get another company to come in. They were paid thousands of dollars for the fence and it’s going to cost the same to put up a new one.Take the money and run is what they did. If you are considering hiring them, think again unless you like to throw money away!

I've used St.Constant on numerous projects and with my personal residence and have always been extremely satisfied and pleased with the results. On time, on budget and very clean, with new equipment and presentation, they are an excellent organization. We both discussed my needs and they explained and /or suggested other ways of achieving results much more superior than originally desired, and advised me of potential problems beforehand with my grounds or surroundings.On one particular job they advised against me doing a fence a specific way and I clearly understood that the warranty would not apply ,drainage issue,ground shifting however it worked out fine. Always upfront, always responsive to my calls and returned messages very quickly, I would wholeheartedly recommend Clouture Saint Constant 100%.

Completed the work over a month later than promised using several excuses along the way. Once it was "we're too busy", another time Marcel claimed to have to send the wood back since it was "too dry". When they finally showed up, they pulled out the old fence posts and left them in their concrete bases piled up against my pool shed. When I asked if they planned on discarding them, Marcel simply said they don't do that and I should ask any landscapers I work with to take them away for me. Luckily the company that came to redo my front stairs the next season were nice enough to take them away with other debris from their job. To make matters worse, after the first winter with the new wood fence, the gate was so badly out of alignment, I had to buy new hardware and adjust it myself. When trying to figure out why the gate had shifted so much, I noticed that on both the top and bottom hinges, the team from Clotures St-Constant had only used 1 screw per hinge to attach the gate. 2 screws to hold a heavy wooden door. Just ridiculous! If you're looking for a professional fence company, do yourself a big favour and look somewhere else.

Although there were some delays the result was great. They even gave me a little extra to ensure the safety of my new puppy! Thank you so very much!

Horrible business practice took 6 months for them to come with non stop excuses along the way and they did a half assed piss poor job. Read the other reviews and don’t hire this company for any job.
