Les Botanistes is a hidden gem in Quebec City! The decor is stunning, creating a perfect ambiance. The food was delightful, especially the off-menu lobster claw with spinach spaghetti and the perfectly cooked duck breast, the “meatiest” option on the menu. The superb cocktail of the day and the commitment to locally sourced ingredients added to the experience.nnSpecial shoutout to our server, Emile, who took excellent care of us.
