The food is good but prices are expansive for the small amounts you get - portions are quite small. A simple lunch may easily costs you more than 20$ in a cafeteria style place - that's à bit overpriced.

Super stoked to have a store that sells vegan alternative foods close by! Just started to transition to a vegan diet and my family is having a hard time without. Their biological food choices are great and more varied than say IGA; this includes fruits, veggies, animal products, nuts, spices and more! I live across the bridge so it's not too far from home. Staff seem quite friendly too! There is a side dedicated to beauty and pharmacy goods like vitamins, essences and other health products as well. I will definitely shop here again soon!

Petite épicerie sympathique où l'on y retrouve des produits bio, des produits en vrac et des produits végétaliens. Section consacrées aux produits d'hygiène bio et aux produits naturels. Casse-croûte santé au niveau supérieur.
