The service was perfect cleanup of my split heating/cooling system. The technician was on time and very courteous.

Our air conditioner which was over 15 years old had a problem and had a sticker from this company and we decided to call to see what they recommended. They recommended sending a technician over to see if there was any way to fix it. The technician spent less than 10 minutes at home, some of which were for me to explain the problem and others for him to take a picture of the equipment and open the filter door to check which I had already done. For this service they charged more than 150 dollars and it took them 5 days to tell me that the equipment was too old and that there were no more spare parts and that it was better to exchange it for a new one. Upon learning this, we asked for a quote for a new device, and for that, someone else would have to come and analyze it. This person only came after a few days and when he came he told us that devices the age of ours are not worth fixing, that is, the same company that made us pay 150 dollars for a technician, tells us that it is not worth fixing . In addition, the knowledge of this company's salesperson about the electrical part almost made us spend a lot more money if we had not called other companies to come and make a quote and realized that we would not have to make any complicated electrical modifications.

Recent preventative maintenance experience was very good. The technician showed up on time, knew his work and was great to deal with.
