Went there on a Tuesday to get some tacos and their burger week burger. We sat upstairs and were greeted by Jesse immediately. He took our drink orders and came back to take our food orders, and made some recommendations when asked. Service was prompt, food was delicious, and Jesse was friendly and personable. Wonderful experience, I will certainly be back.
Sunday lunch. The place was full with only 1 server which increased the wait time. Another server came 30 minutes later. The food was not the greatest, especially that mayo sauce they added without it being mentioned on the menu. I only enjoyed the Caesar drink. Definitely not going back.nService was goodnPlace looks cool but that's it.
Wish i could have given 0 rating .I ordered uber and my driver went for pickup, when he reached there he told the lady working in the front my name and at that time she said they are making the order and he waited there for 20 mins for my order, i was on call with him . He simply asked the server after 15 mins that its just a one poutine order and if they could tell what’s taking so long and then she said another driver picked up your order, but she chose to tell him after making him wait for so long. When my driver asked her are they going to make it again because I didn’t receive my food she snapped and responded rudely that 2-3 times “YOU NEED TO LEAVE” i was on call all the time and was listening to all the conversation . After leaving my driver told me that she wasn’t listening to him and started talking to another customer ignoring him. Never apologized and made the driver feel very disrespected. Never ever placing an order again or visiting.I understand that sometimes customers are wrong too but this time I feel bad for the driver and I am not even concerned about the food , feeling bad for the driver . If you don't know how to talk to people maybe choose some other profession and not customer service .
There were several large pieces of another fried item served with my daughter’s French fries we couldn’t identify what it was. Boyfriend’s sandwich was served with tomatoes - specifically requested without. Chicken served with burrito bowl tasted off. We were told that the kitchen staff was in training on a busy night didn’t seem busy to me but ‍.nI won’t be back.
I got a deep fried cheesecake to take home. The only problem was that it was so delicious. I ate it on the way.nWhen I got home, there were no snacks left should’ve ordered more.
