Excellent customer service. Rafaela was amazing and very helpful. I bought leather sofa set and she went well and beyond explaining everything to me including warranty options which I decided to purchase. Delivery was supposed to happen in 3 weeks. Shopping at Leon's Bass Pro Mills was suave and easy. Garima who had met my wife before me for a prior sales was nothing short of expectations. I’m extremely happy with my sofa set from Leon’s furniture. The quality of the sofa is amazing. Had to buy a fridge under some urgent conditions on Sunday. Went to Leon’s Vaughan where I’ve had good experiences before. This time we were assisted by Karen Francis, who did an incredible job. She was so knowledgeable about all the products benefits. Her help was invaluable, patient and understanding. She elevated the whole experience and set the bar so high! She is a great asset to the store. Thank you Karen.
I bought a table with 4 chairs from this store in Dec 2022. Next day I saw the same combo on their website at a lower price of about 10% off. So I called the store and requested them to adjust the price difference. After many phone calls, they gave me many excuses every time and just not willing to do it. Finally I had to write them email twice to get this done. Upon the delivery, they were missing hardware for 2 chairs. They said they had to order them from the manufacturer. After waiting another 2 weeks, finally they called me back this morning and asked me to go pick them up from the store. I requested them to send them to me but the CS rep said no such dept to do mailing. Such a bad experience with this store !
Over the Black Friday holiday I went in to purchase a television and need it to be loaded into my car. I was very fortunate to have received gel from a employee by the name of Domenic, who works in the warehouse department. He was great help. Definitely coming back!
