The pizza is amazing because I work for them as a driver and I would recommend it. We do have gluten-free crust and cheese That is gluten-free. Pizza was better than average in this area. However, our delivery person refused to deliver our pizza to our hotel room and instead waited for us to get dressed and go outside to meet him at his car. Given that we had paid a $4 delivery fee, we were expecting an actual “delivery”. First and last time we will order from Leonardo’s, all thanks to their delivery person.
Leonardo’s in South Burlington has excellent customer service. My pizza was running late so the manager called me to make sure everything was ok, which was so kind and thoughtful. My pizza was cold but still delicious and he kindly offered to make it right. I order from there frequently so he gave me a discount on my future order. I love Leonardo’s! Thank you Leonardo’s for the excellent customer service which is very hard to come by in 2023! Please do not pay just as much for Dominos and support this local business! Dietary restrictions: I am gluten free and Leonardo’s has great GF options as well.

Worst place for delivery! They charged us for wings they never brought, then she said we will credit you. Never happened! The next time we ordered food with salad, and we never got salad and never got credited back! They lost another customer! Awful service!
The regular crust was way too thick for my preference. The order took way longer than the estimated online pickup time. Pizza was ok but not noteworthy
This pizza place was right down the street from our hotel so we figured we'd walk there rather than taking the car since it was close. We get there for a nice sit-down dinner after a long drive to discover it's a take-out only place. And they put a table in the doorway so you can't walk into the building; the staff comes to the door and takes your order while you stand outside. SMART! In these Covid-19 times, this is the right way to do it, we applaud them. And the lady who took our order was really friendly and talked to us a bit after taking our order since we're out-of-towners on vacation. She gave us some advice on neat things to see and do in the nearby area. Although when she found out we were from Wisconsin, she did ask, "So why are you here? Don't Wisconsin and Vermont pretty much look alike?" We told her Vermont is MUCH prettier! Although the city of South Burlington apparently doesn't believe in putting in sidewalks, which made for an interesting walk along the very busy street to get to the pizza shop. Maybe they're trying to be cosmopolitan, like Rome, Italy, which also doesn't believe in sidewalks and you take your life in your hands every time you try to cross the street. Anyway, we ordered the Vegetarian Works pizza, half with no cheese to accommodate our vegan/vegetarian thang. Really, really good pizza! Highly recommend Leonardo's.
Order a medium pizza and garlic breadsticks. It was a little expensive for what it was but good food. The breadsticks are nothing more than pizza crust with garlic seasoning. Would be 5 stars if cost was more appropriate to what you purchased.
One of the best delivery and pizza experiences ever. Faster than expected. Tastier than expected. Recommending more than expected. Great place!
Has a really great pizza. I wish you guys delivered to Essex Junction.
