This solemnly based on the delivery service. We ordered the couch Aug 20 and it was delivered Nov 12 by two lovely professional gentlemen. These two went out of their way to deliver to my third floor apartment. It was a HUGE sectional and they did everything they could to get it up there it's definitely not a couch friendly apartment building, narrow doors/ hallways and tiny stairwells. They busted their humps bringing that bad boy up. Once they got it in the apartment they were so quick to put the sectional pieces together; all the feet, pillows and zippered cushions on, all picture perfect!! Honestly I was elated once it was all put together, these two gentlemen were so friendly, timely and especially hardworking. Bringing that couch up is no easy thing to do and I couldn't show my appreciation enough. Thank you so much!!
Very satisfied! Im very happy with the movers and the build of the couch and they took all the garbage also. I am very pleased
Sales rep was very easy going, knowledgeable and not pushy to buy. Got everything we wanted. The only downside is it took 4 weeks to receive the delivery. On delivery day, the tracking website keeps you informed of all deliveries and where you are situated on that list. The time given for the delivery was spot on. The delivery guys were great and easy going. They put together the love seat and took away all the plastic and cardboard which was alot. Overall pretty good experience.
Delivery service was excellent, however my only gripe is they ship from Sudbury to Elliot lake once per month. So I bought my Dishwasher in late October and had to wait until early December to receive it. Other than that, great service.
Delivery drivers very good. Store needs to inform customers if changes in delivery policies. I had to rebook my delivery and after discussing the next delivery I was expecting a morning delivery and there was apparently issues with this. I had re arranged my work schedule to accommodate and then had to go to the manager to ensure the morning delivery. We got it all sorted out in the end though.
