The guys were professional and polite, was very pleased with my delivery it was on time. They also even played with the puppies that were here. they also advised me not to plug my stove in for a few hours as it is very cold and to plug it in would crack the stove glad top. I'm glad they did put I would have been inclined to play it in right away and get all set up. I didn't catch their names but I would like to day a big thank you guys, you were great!
Great shopping experience with this particular store. Had been searching for a white office chair, that was both stylish and comfortable without breaking the budget, and saw this on line.. Travelled to the Barrie showroom, and there it was. It was not only exactly what I was looking for in terms of comfort but it was stylish as well .. The salesperson was super helpful .. the chair was ready to be picked up a week later at their showroom, and the whole shopping process was seamless and just lovely. It turns out the chair went on sale a week later, and they honoured the new price..and yes, this was an overall very positive shopping experience. Thank you to Leons Barrie !!
The staff starting with the saleslady, and then the delivery team were exceptional! They were polite, totally professional and very accommodating. I love my new furniture and I love Leon's and will only buy from them for any other furniture purchases.
Horrible experience with Leon’s Barrie. Bought a new 2 piece sectional and it has nothing but issues. Leon’s Barrie doesn’t care about the products they sell, because they told 9x they will take care of it and promised a call back. If I don’t call they would never call back. The excuse was that they have a lot of new employees and they mix things up. The last call was basically that they play the game until the manufacturers warranty is over and then they want to use the purchased extended warranty. Very shady method of business. Leon’s used to be really good, but never buy anything there again.
Our delivery guys were super friendly, courteous and professional. We are so happy with our purchase!
