The only reason there are two stars is because the doctor was great.nThe missing stars are because the triage nurse didn’t put the main reason I was there - which was chest pain- and instead made it seem like I was there for the sniffles. Waited 8.5 hours and the doctor came in talking about stuff and didn’t even mention chest pain.nNo wonder I waited so long. I thought I was having heart issues but she didn’t care enough to make accurate notes.nWaste of time.nDidn’t help 811 sent me in the first place but they got their own feedback. Just do better at triage it’ll save everyone time!nI’m fine thankfully. Great doctor
Thank you Lenox and Addington Hospital for the 7 hour emergency room wait sunday for my daughter who was severely coughing at night with chest pains to only be given a 1 time dose steroid and no xray after I asked for one, after ingesting lake water. Went to family dr yesturday who sent us for xray and she has pneumonia. This is the second time she was misdiagnosed, the first life threatening and this could have gone that way as well.
My 8 year old son has been waiting 3 hours and was just told it's another 4 hr wait !!! A 7 hr wait with my son pissing blood !!!!!
I find the emergency room clean. Staff are for the most part helpful and prompt. In my experience in the evening hours, I saw Dr- max 30 min after entering facility
Good ER service wait time was around 3 hrs but staff was super helpful and accommodating.
