Lena Nails and Spa

I always find it hard to give ratings to a place only one time after being there. I have visited Lena’s Nails 3 times in the last 6 months. I had my prom, birthday and Christmas nails done there, and every single time, they have wowed me. Each visit, I had a different artist and each one is so talented! Love this place, love the staff, and the pricing is decent I usually get some detailed designs so it is more pricey, but I understand that! I was able to make an appointment the day after I called. Love this place, and I will be returning!

My manicure was done by Brian, he did an amazing job. He picked a gorgeous colour and drew a beautiful snowflake on one nail.nHe is very good at what he does, very polite and respectful. My nails have never been this beautiful… I am going to have gorgeous nails for the Christmas holidays

I’ve been coming here since the day they opened almost 5 years ago and I’ve never had a bad experience. All the girls are so sweet and professional!! Michael too! They have many options and do beautiful designs. I recently took my grandmother for a pedicure and she was absolutely thrilled with how gentle and careful they were. She has very sensitive feet so she hates pedicures, but she had no problem. She was also very impressed with their cleanliness. The atmosphere is happy and conversation is always nice. You can have a good laugh with all the girls too. I love it because you can really tell they all enjoy their profession. Vicky and Michael have a great team!! The service is wonderful, and the prices are fair for such great work. I always leave feeling relaxed and clean. I recommend this nail salon to everyone I know! I’ll never go anywhere else!! I work in customer service and I have to say, it wasn’t the best. Maybe it was just a bad day I’m not sure but I was there for 4 hours, no one spoke to me other than to give me directions. Multiple people were coming over to talk to eachother about my nails, not sure what was being said. I don’t like to leave bad reviews but it just didn’t seem like my tech knew how to do gel manicures and the pedicure was very painful. They also soaked my hands in acetone for almost 30 minutes which led to my hands bleeding. She also cut my nail too short which bled in the pedicure and then charged me to build it back up…which I thought was odd.
