Len's Mill Store

Wow, the staff was extremely rude to myself, my boyfriend and my mother! We went in looking for a foam mattress. The price said one thing but up at the cash, it was a significant increase in price. I was calmly trying to explain to her and was not even allowed to speak, being rudely interrupted. Then 3 staff members proceeded to bad mouth us and make fun of us on the radios while we were standing right there! Another lady was doing inventory and had my boyfriend and I pinned up against the wall while she repeatedly rammed her cart through us instead of giving us a chance to move out of her way or a simple excuse me. We will no longer be giving me them our business and we DO NOT recommend them! Learn some manners!!!

Fantastic staff, very friendly and happy to help. HUUUUGE selection of fabrics/wool, they have leather as well but I don't know much about it. Lots of little odd things for crafts you'd be hard pressed to find elsewhere.

Amazing collection of sewing things and many many other craft items. Rows and rows of fabric, lace, trims, etc. You have to see it to believe it. Staff was exceptionally helpful.

They were not very helpful as in product description. If the pkg didn't explain the staff were reluctant to help. But I like the store. Very clean and organized

Must stop quilt, yarn, & upholstery fabric shop.nnThe staff is so nice. Plan to spend a while looking. Lots and lots to see.
