I normally get excited about a trip to Lens Mills. This trip not so much. Came in to the London I live in London store looking for the fabric in the photo. I originally saw it in the Woodstock store while researchingresourcesforan upholstery job for a client . I had an upholstery assistant help me look. I went one way and the assistant went another. I couldn't find it where I looked. The assistant said it wasn't where she looked. I went back to Woodstock and bought what they had. I needed more. I went back to the London store and looked again where the assistant looked. And there, like a shining beacon, was the fabric the assistant said she couldn't find!! It was on higher up shelf. All I did was look up. There it was on the bottom row of the shelf. There were many other roles of fabric on top of it so it took a bit of muscle to get it out. At the time I was excited in finding it for the client as it was the #1 choice. Later I realized how much time and gas I wasted going to and from both stores searching for it. So... to the assistant that 'helped' me that day, next time look up!!
This is on of my favourite Lens. It is so neat and tidy. There is also somone always available to help you find item that you are looking for.nCashiers greet you when you come in.nThe fabric is what I truly come for. The fabric ladies are so knowledgeable. If one doesn't know something the other will and we even figure out.nI do love you spend time chatting with the ladies.nKudos to the manager Kelly she us a real Gem.

Oh my goodness I absolutely love this placenLots of people think that they only have sewing and craft supplies but that is where people are wrong.nThis place has everything from kitchen supplies to photo albums. A great spot to find a gift, lots of kids toys and pet supplies. Everyone should go here.
One of the largest Lens Mills I’ve been to as well as one of the most organized and nicely kept…isles were tidy …not merchandise all over the floors or nothing and Materials unfolded ..staff obviously are good employees who do a great job during down times to tidy up and keep the presentation of the store up to par!
