Admission by donation. Plan on 1 hour if you're a reader, 10 minutes if you skim, but definitely worth the stop. Native/ Indian artifacts beaded stuff, mining/ claims, cowboys, local business/ homesteaders historic items, lumber industry, and absolutely fascinating artifacts from the Chinese population.
I didn't hate this place, it was very interesting and fun. People were very nice. Would recommend visiting Salmon to my friend's

What a fantastic place! A must see when you are in Salmon and they had info on my Great Grand Parents and Granfather.
