I had the Mercedes limo for my wedding and the service was phenomenal. The driver was early, professional, flexible, and took us everywhere we wanted to go. The limo was clean and the bridal party had a great time!

I had to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. Never did the service rep mention the deposit was non-refundable. When I told them they did not disclose that information, I was told it was stated in my email confirmation that wasn't even emailed until AFTER my credit card was already charged. The service rep that I spoke to today, Gail, was extremely rude and kept interrupting me and hung up before I was through speaking. I do not recommend this company and will never use their services.
