Once again, I was totally blown away by the professional, friendly, welcoming atmosphere at Legato Dental!!!  Since I was nearby, I stopped by the office to see if I could schedule an appointment to fix a cracked tooth.  Not only was I greeted by Heather's gentle kindness, but then Alana was just walking by and as soon as she saw me, she also greeted me very enthusiastically, and asked how things were going!  Her concern was genuine, and she immediately walked me over to see Janice and Jen, so that I could schedule the appointment.  As I was doing that, unbeknownst to me, Alana went to the back, and she took the initiative to see if Dr. Bishop could see me right away.  Dr. Bishop's workday was just about over, however, he didn't think twice about seeing me, even though I didn't have an appointment!  He could have been frustrated and annoyed, heck, he could have told Alana that I needed to schedule an appointment... Instead, after I was taken back to the treatment room, Dr. Bishop walked in with a big smile on his face, and took the time to make me feel as if I mattered!  This ENTIRE office is by far, the most skilled, kindhearted, genuine, caring, professional group of people, that I've ever had the privilege of meeting.  I've had a fear of dentists, my entire life... The entire team at Legato Dental, treats each and every patient as if they were family!  My only regret is that I didn't find out about the Legato Dental Centre, long ago!!

First went to this dental office as a result of a mail drop... extremely friendly ..  and informative .. glad I went :-)

Terrible place

they will discard you immediately if you ask questions, making false claims of rudeness as an excuse to why they are being strange after only 10 minutes of ever talking to you.

Too much drama right in the door, I would avoid this place, unless you like major drama and lies.

Then they will continue to mail and email you,  like you are a customer of theirs, even send birthday cards for your child they were suppose to treat.

We love Dr. Bishop and his staff! They are very kind and professional. They treat you exceptionally and I am very excited that we found them. The Office is also very nice and they offer coffee, tea, water etc while you wait...but I didn't have to wait at all. My husband isn't a fan of going to the doctors or dentist but he even liked the staff and experience here. I would recommend this place very highly!
