Avoid the auto wash. It sucks. Only takes 20 minutes to wash truck but, due to them not researching it properly before putting it in, you have to wait an hour and a half to pump out the sump. Faster and better job at the wand wash.
Worst car wash experience ever, demanded payment info before I was even in the bay, was sent driving circles around the building because the desk lady Jacqueline has a very bad attitude and doesn't like to perform the job she's paid for, was asked to leave for asking to speak to the owner after being barreled by two women at the cou ter. Don't work customer service if you have a stinky attitude. You lost yourselves a business account. Will not be back calling better business bureauService: Auto detailing
The undercarriage wash doesn't do very well against mud. And they use a dirty brush to scrub. Better off going in the self serve. Overall great attendant and nice facility.
Well, hard to rate this place. Don't know staff as I didn't see anyone... The bay was an absolute mud pit... They don't bother washing the bay in-between trucks or at least after a really bad one so you're walking around in sludge as your trying to clean. Pre-soak wasn't working ... Positive side is the water pressure is good and the hoses are nice and long so your not always getting caught.... But then again they're also dragging through the mud and splashing it back on you. If it's always like this.... Not worth the 2.00 / min Also... There's only one bay... So if you're unlucky like me are you not only behind 2 trucks but a mud ladden super b... Waited over an hour to get in and I was out in 20.... Go figure.
If you got the money and the time, sure it's fine. But I wouldn't pay that to wash my own vehicle.
Tried to wash truck around 720. Google said open till 8. Shop said open till 8 had open sign on aswell. Ask the lady there if I could come in the manual side. She said they were closed. I don't recommend legacy truck wash. Left and went to clean car wash in taganova. Would definitely recommend them as the water was hot, good pressure and decently priced
Great customer service. Easy to use with credit card. The foamer nozzle removed all the bugs super easy and fast, scrub brush and rinse. Done
I actually didn’t want to give this place any star but had to before I could write a review. My experience was not very good at all. No soap for entire wash, dark and very dirty. For future customers I’d suggest taking your own soap, your own lights and rubber boots of course. I spent way more than I normally do at my regular place where I actually come out with a clean truck. I know my Grandson both could and would do a better job with a garden hose while I sat on the deck drinking 60 dollars worth of whiskey. Never going back.
Got my vehicle retailer here. And it was awesome. Sent them Pictures they agreed it was awful. Was worse after they detailed. I had to go back to work but was told to drip it on my days off for them to redo. Called in and the person on the phone said no one told him about it what a place.
