I'm new to the area and just finished getting my local co-op membership number as well as my card lock card. After doing some shopping around Yorkton, I noticed that they had Kraft cheese slices, 44 pack, on for $6.99. Upon my arrival, I was disappointed to see that they were sold. Considering I'm not in town all that often, I thought I would grab two packages of 22 Kraft cheese slices, that were identical in size, and asked the cashier if she could price match the cost of those to the special they were out on. She said that she can't do it. Even after I pointed out that they were literally selling the exact same product, she still wouldn't do it. Sorry, but I'm NOT paying the price of $6.99 for a 22 pack of kraft cheese slices, essentially DOUBLE for what they were charging for the 44 pack, just so I can support local.nnI went to the Real Canadian Superstore and they gladly matched the price that was on the Coop flyer, so I purchased it there.nnPerhaps if you want more people to shop at your store you'll train the employees to match the offer you have on your specials for the week. I'll think twice about darkening your door with my presence when I am thinking of buying any type of food related product.
Very professional place in my opinion & I was actually treated like a human being & with respect it actually surprised me very much but in a positive way!! I'll most definitely be coming back soon!! Plus I like hooking up my mom with Coop points cause I remember her coop number by heart!
I went to the deli last night and the young man in the deli is always so polite and goes. The extra mile to help keep up the good work. You make my deli experiences very enjoyable!!
Well laid out store, fully stocked
The Co-OP staff are always friendly and very helpful. I really appreciate the store opening another till as soon as your lined up 3 deep! Makes shopping there enjoyable and not a painful experience when paying for your groceries.
