Sorry to this LAC! I mobile ordered and left a moderate review when prompted because I thought I was missing sauce. Owed it to at least come here and put in the review that it should have been. My food was prepared and presented beautifully. The teller was fast and friendly. Enough so to not leave me sitting in the rain for their automated message. And they gave me my sauce!!
I use to love this location but the last two times I have had it, my food has been very dry. The chicken tasted like it was made 4 hours ago and the sauce had all dried up. The cheese in the wontons was so dry that when I cracked one open, the cheese had dry cracks in it… very disappointing.
As a disabled household we go to this LeAnme Chin specifically for the drive through as we have immobile household members unable to go into the restaurant that we can’t leave them in the vehicle to pick up takeout and can’t afford frequent delivery. Lately they’ve been closing the drive though likely due to staffing issue but unfortunately this forces us to go to drive thru’s elsewhere. loved this place! Reminds me of Panda Express. Affordable... tastes great but they seem to put a lot of salt in their food. other than that i loved it!
Food was dropped off by DoorDash with no doorbell ringing so it sat in the cold for 15 minutes. The food was dry , meat tasted old, all in all a big disappointment.. no more door Dash or Leann Chin for us.
As our first time here, customer service Mike was great, helpful with items that were on the spicy side. Interior is nice and clean, but I wasn't crazy about paying .99 cents for noodles/fried rice! I ordered Lemon chicken and Mongolian chicken and along with the noodles found it incredibly salty! Almost inedible! Hubby ordered Orange chicken and Bourbon chicken along with fried rice and regretted adding soy sauce without tasting. Sadly, this was first and last experience here at Leeann Chin. P.S. serving size is on the small side, not good when your even paying extra!
The team was fly the manager I think was so nice to me and my grandson and let me know my concern about the food being real food was valid as I found out they make the wonton on sote..site... ayeee LeAnn chinnFood: 5/5
My family has been going here for the past couple years due to the assistant manager Chantha! She is awesome and welcoming when we come to order our food. Our food is always fresh and she's always sweet to our daughters. They are so lucky to have such a great person working at there establishment! Thank you Chantha for being so amazing
Despite reviews, we found the place to be great! Staff was super kind! We enjoyed our visit! Even with a long line Two thumbs up!Food: 5/5
I've been going to this location for about 4 years on and off. It's been up and down since day one, but in the last two years it has rapidly declined in terms of quality of food. I get the same order every time: grilled burbon chicken, veggie mix, white rice, 2 egg rolls. In my experience during my last 8 out of 10 visits: chicken was under cooked, pink, and rubbery; veggies are either under or overcooked, unseasoned, often old / wilted / rotten. Even the white rice is sometimes overcooked or just old / not fresh. Eggrolls are inconsistent in terms of cook, filling, size, skin crispiness, etc. Never had any issues with staff. Some have been there since I started going here and they are nice / friendly. Shame because the 2 out of 10 times that everything's done correctly its spot on but just can't recommend this location based on overall, and especially recent, experiences. I do understand and consider the fact that many places are short staffed due to pandemic conditions. That's partly why I included some of my history with this location. Prior to Covid I might have given this two stars, and would say maybe 4 out of 10 orders were cooked correctly.
